My girlfriend is an undocumented immigrant. She is 19 years old. she was born in honduras. her parents gave her to a family in the US when she was 12 years old. she has been here illegally for 7 years with that same family. they are here legally.is there anyway she can get legal status even though they are not blood relatives? what are her options?
She was not adopted. she was not a victim of a crime. she does not have tps status. can she still be adopted at age 19 eventhough she is here illegally? does she have to go back to honduras first?
