I'm a US Citizen and my wife is an EU (Greek) citizen. We have been married for 5 years and living and working in Greece together. I recently found a job here in the US and came this last month.

I would like her to come and join me here as soon as possible (we are hoping this December 2010) and would like to know the fastest possible method.

(1) Can she come on her tourist visa and apply for I-130 from here?
(2) What about the K3 spouse visa, how long do these typically take to process?
(3) How can she possibly and legally come to stay here with me in December????
