Q.

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative based on Permanent Resident

My husband want to file I-130. He is permanent resident. We live in NYC area. The USCIS website said 5 months processing time.

1. How long I have to wait for green card or interview ?
2. How is the process looks like?

3. Which forms we have to file ?

4. My husband will US Citizen in 2 years. Maybe is better to wait?
