Family Based Petition
Hi,
I am a naturalized us citizen. I want to have my mom, sisters (17 and 15 years old) and my adopted brother (8 years old) come to the US. Do I file a separate I-130 form for each one of them? Will they be able to travel together or is my mom's going to be approved first? What is the time frame? Someone told me that it is faster if I only file for my mom and my mom files for her kids (all at the same time), is this possible/true? Thanks.
