Q.

I-864

My wife is my us citizen sponsor, we are very concerned regarding our I864 because her 2009 taxes were about 11.000.00 ( below the poverty line). But for the past 14 months she is working full time earning 32.000.00/year. The letter from her employer mentions that, plus she has all the pay stubs.
What should we do ? Apply with taxes from 2009 plus current stub hubs? Once our interview comes up , we will be able to show 2010 taxes?
* I cant use my taxes buy I no longer work with the same employer.
