I-130 Petition filed and benefit to aged out daughter now 29.

My aunt filed I-130 for my dad.The Recvd Date is 11/10/2001,Notice date 11/23/2001. This petition was aprved on 07/15/2009 and now waiting for priorty dateto come. Question is:
1.When petition was filed, my younger sister was 20 years old. She was born on 05/18/1981. She as well as my mother were included on question 17 on theform. Would my sister be entiled also to a green card under my father's case whenever his priority date comes up being that she was under 21 at time of filing? Is my mother also covered?(they are still married)
2.In case my sister would be elegible, her current marital status is still single, but she now has a 3 year old daughter. Would her daughter also automatly get USResidency? 3.Would they all have to go to USEmbassy for interview? They all live in CostaRica.
