Q.

Documents required for I-485 application

I am citizen of U.S. and applying for family based green card for my mom. My mom currently resides in US on Tourist visa. I already applied for I-130 and have acknowledgment receipt for it (not yet received its approval). I am now planning to file I-485 concurrently.

Please answer my below questions regarding I-485 application documents:
1) Should i obtain proof of (no) criminal history for my mom from her present country of citizenship or from U.S.. If yes, please provide suggestions on from where/how many.
2) Should i obtain police clearance certificate from her present country of citizenship or from U.S.? If yes, please provide suggestions on from where/how many.
3) Is the acknowledgment receipt for I-130 sufficient for "Evidence of eligbility".
