1. Does the new procedure to send I-131 Reentry Permit apps. to the lockbox instead of NSC cause delays in expedited requests? Do you think it's possible to complete my biometrics between 08/31 to 09/09?

2. Can I send my app. directly to NSC in Lincoln, NE instead of the Phoenix Lockbox (I live in California), if not, should I include 2 courier envelopes with my application (1 to send to NCS, 1 to send biometrics notice to me)?

3. I leave the US on 09/09 but am going to Hawaii in November for a wedding. Do I put the departure date as November or 09/09, and if my reentry permit is not issued before the wedding in Hawaii will I be ok to enter the US?

4. If I revoke my status as a PR will there be negative repercussions if I reapply for PR later?
