Q.

which affidavit of support to file?

I need to file Affidavit of Support(i am a citizen helping my mother immigrate).I assume i need to file I-864EZ since i am sponsoring only her but i don't make enough $ per year.Question:is it better to file I-864EZ +use my assets(house,car) or Is it better to file I-864 and find a joint sponsor (my tax returns and w-2 were all filed jointly with my ex husband so i could ask him to be a second sponsor to fill out I-864A).?
