I130 questions:

Do I need to attach form G325A (biographic info for myself - the US citizen sponsor) with I130. Also do I need to attach I864(affidavit of support) with the I130 application? My parents are attaching the I864 form with their I485 forms.

Qustions on I864:

Me and my husband submits joint tax return and thus have both of our combined incomes in the tax return. In the space where they ask for Tax year and Total adjusted gross income -do I indicate that income, as our return shows only our joint income. My income is more than the 125% of poverty level. Does my husband also need to submit an I864a - just to be on the safeside?

Also what should parents write for their Alien Registration Number on I485? With the concurrent I130 filing they would not have any A#.
