My wife is the U.S citizen filling the I 864 as part of my green card process. She filled federal taxes for the past 2 years ( 2009 and 2008 ) both above poverty line. Our biggest issue is the taxes from 2007, she never filled them out because it wasn't enough earnings according to the federal law. What we should fill on the 3rd most recent federal taxes line ? We are both young so she does not have any federal taxes filling before 2007 either.
Just FYI: I filled my taxes under my real Ssn since 2006. Could I help some how ?
