I am an international student on F-1 visa. My girlfriend is a US citizen. Neither of us are employed fulltime.
We were planning on getting married this month. What formalities would I have to complete to apply for a GC?
Also, which forms and documents would I need and what would be the timeline of the process? Are there any hiccups you can forsee since our families are not near us and as students we have photos documenting our stay but no common lease or property. Is there any further information I can give to ease the process?
