Hello I do have my full i94 number, visa number, date of entry and alien number. All these information are necessary to fill some of the forms. But my biggest issue is: I don't have photo copies of these documents. The only reason I have the full info is because my previous employee (Disney World)
kept them on file. (Disney has no photo copies either).
Should I just enter all the info and attach a letter explaining the reason why i don't have copies? Or should I ask Disney to write a letter with all my info ?

Ps:. I lost my old passport with all those documents, that's why I don't have copies .
