Q.

I-130 Petition

I'm a permanent resident.My husband's L1B is till Feb 2011.In May 2010,I filed I-130 Petition & in Question 22,We assumed
that when the priority date gets current:
If my husband is in USA,Adjustment of Status can be done in Chicago Or if he is in India,Consular processing can be done in Delhi,India.
We filled both options & the form is submitted to USCIS.
On I-797C (CSC),Received date is 5 May 10 & Notice date is 10 May 10.PD is blank.
Questions:
1)What is our PD?
2)Will USCIS reject I-130 if both consular processing & adjustment of status are mentioned in Question 22.
3)Should we contact USCIS & update our form,to a unique option & how? OR file new I-130?
4)If PD gets current,Can we file I-485,even if I-130 is pending?
5)If we return to India, how would we know I-130 decision?
