Dad's details:
a) I-94 expires Aug 2.
b) Birth certificate - name missing/wrong d.o.b
c) No marriage certificate.

My plan addressing above:
a) Apply I-130 and I-485 and Fedex to reach Chicago lockbox on or before Aug 2nd.
b) Submit original b.c. in tamil with translation. Attach 2 affidavits from his brothers stating correct birthdate. Provide passport + school leaving certificate with correct birthdates as additional secondary evidence.
c)Muni in India wont provide NAC. I will provide 3 affidavits (1 from mom's side and 2 from dads side) + marriage photos + ration card + my passport with both parents names.

Please advise if above strategy works.

SFO Indian consulate provides BC + Marrigage cert's for a fee. Can we send these to the USCIS in lieu of those from India ?
