Q.

RFE for commingling assets for i-485 AOS based on marriage

Married and filed last fall. Had interview & need submit above RFE.

Both names in: 6 bank accounts from 2 banks, ownerships & auto insurance of 2 cars, 3 credit cards, 2 memberships of AAA & Costco, 2009 fed & state tax, utilities, house cable & phone.

Told Officer don't have joint ownership on house 'cause it was bought long before marriage & gave her 1 sponse's new employer email confirm joint health insurance available in 3 months.

1. above evidences enough?

2. Helpful to get each a will to give 50% assets to another & 50% to each family?

3. How crucial to have life insurance for each other?

4. 1 spouse has significant assets in a trust. Is it helpful to amend the trust to give 50% assets to another upon death? With this done, can skip will & life insurance?
