Q.

Affidative of support interview

My application (Affidative of support)was denied because the date that they set was the due date of my baby, and i mailed the letter with reason why i couldn't make it 1 day prior the interview. Last year i got denied the petition I-130 for not having I-94.
The question is : If you get denied The I-130 application why would they schedule a year later Interview for affidative of support?
Should we file a motion to reopen?
If yes we would realy love you to represent us.
the Last day to file motion is jun 26.
Thank very much
God bless you
