Q.

immigration question

My aunt has filed a petition for her daughter (age21) who should be getting her visa from India consulate in July 2010(family preference-B). My question is does my aunt have to stay in the U.S. when her daughter gets the visa and enter the US for the first time? Will my aunt's daughter be questioned about her mother's current stay while receiving her finger printing at the airport terminals?
