Visa Extension is needed if Adj. of Status is pending?
My mother is here since Nov 26th 2009. She have a B2 visa valid until 2018 but her I-95 expire in few days. I applied the whole I-495 package for her and she already had the biometrics taken. Her I-95 expire on May 25th 2010. Is it possible for her to stay here to wait for her Greencard or she needs to go back to her country? If she can wait here, does she need to file for an extension of visa?
