Q.

My son is being

My son is being added by his father (my exhusband), in his green card application. Since we are divorced, Im being asked to sign a letter granting permission to his father to fill the application for his green card.I would like to know how that can affect my visitor visa. I have to renew it next year and I would like to know if i could have any problem because of his petition in my visa renewal next year? also if the green card is granted, i would like to know if my son would have to move to USA compulsory?
