Family Based GC Filing Question

I am currently on H1. My perm labor is approved & the employer is ready to file I140. Recently, I got married to a US Citizen & we are in the process of filing family based Green Card for myself. I have the following questions:
1) Currently, I am staying in FL & my wife is staying in Ohio. Is this a problem for my GC Filing?
2) Does my Family based GC Filing interfere with the employment based I140. Can I file both of them at the same time?
3) Do we need to give any supporting docs like Joint bank a/c, electric bill, house lease etc? Since we are living in two different states, how could we provide some of these docs?
4) Forms needed:I130,I485,I765,I131,I864EZ,G325A,I693. Any other forms needed? What is the diff between 864EZ & 864?
5) What is the current timeline for getting EAD&GC?
