Q.

US Immigration for my unmarried daughter over 21 yrs

My father is a US citizen. He filed immigrant visa petition for me & my family in October 2000 under F3 category (married sons and daughters of US Citizen). The petition was approved in April 2005. My husband and I along with all of our unmarried children, except one unmarried daughter who was 23 years old at the time of approval of petition, got the green card in Dec 2009. Now my daughter is left alone in India. She is completely dependent on us.

We would like to know the procedure to make her join us in USA as early as possible. Are there any grounds under which the normal procedure of getting her immigrant visa can be accelerated?

Please give a detailed reply with all available options to expedite her immigration process?
