Q.

Marriage based grren card application

1)My husband (US citizen) has w-2 forms from the last year. But he hasn't filed tax return during last 2 years. Will w-2 forms be enough? if not what would u reccomend to do?
2) If i'm working illigally and havent paid taxes should I show that I was working on the applications?
