My Green card application was approved. But my 2 sons were not issued Green Cards, I was told by USCIS they are too old. Please help me find out if the CPSA can protect my sons and therefore request their Green Card. Here is the information you need for the calculation.I-130 petition was filed on March 10, 1998, approved on April 2, 1999 and the priority date was March 6, 1998. Children's dates of birth X is January 19, 1982 and Y is June 6, 1986. thank you
