My Employer has applied for Employment Based GC with PD of 01/26/07 - I140 is approved and I485 is pending. Both me and my wife have obtained EAD but not used it, we are still maintaining H1/H4 status. My wife has also obtained SSN based on EAD.
My Wife's brother is a US Citizen and We Want to Apply for Family Based I130 and use Consular Processing as long term back up. We do not want the FB I130 to be linked in anyway to our EB application and want them to run independently, in that case - 1) Is it ok if we do not specify my wife's Alien Registration number from our EB Application in form I130? 2) Is it ok if we do not specify my Wife's SSN in form I130?
