I am on H1b since last 3 and 1/2 years and my employer filed me a green card in December 2008. I am married and my wife is here on h4 visa. My sister is a Citizen of United States.
She is ready to file me a family based green card. Can my sister file me a green card while my employement based GC is pending (labor has got audited and my lawyer replied and waiting for a response). I have a job and no issues with the job. Will my Sister have any problems in doing that? Can I still stay on H1b ? My reason for my sister filing GC is afraid of not having the same job until I get my GC. I am in NC now and ATLANTA is the labor processing center for my employement based GC.
