I received my conditional green card though marriage to a US Citizen in Janauary, 2010. I am laid off since October, 2009 (was on H1B) and wondering if I can claim unemployment benefit, now that I have the green card.

1) Would there be any negative impact from if I claim unemployment benefit since my wife signed affidavit of support, I864 and I recently received green card?

2) Would I have any issues when I file for I751 since the tax returns would show unemployment compensation


3) Any issues when I apply for citizenship?
