I filed I-130 for my mother on Sep 26, 2009. It was filed under immedaite relative petition. We live in Illinois. She has 10 year multiple entry visitor visa. She is here on 6 month visitor visa. Her I-94 expires on March 6th, 2010. We don't want her to go back to India when her I-94 expires. We have not gotten her I-130 approved yet.

I have some related questions. Can we file I-485 now along with advance parole form? Do we need to submit medical exam report along with I-485? How long will it typically take I-485 to get approved? What checkbox do we need to fill in Part 2 of I-485 form? Will she get out of status if we don't hear back from USCIS before March 6th? Thanks
