Q.

filing i-485

i am going thru aos prosses due to my second marriage to US citizen. My first marriage (2003-2006) resulted in 2 kids but my ex-husband never filed any papers for me and i was out of status since 2002. We couldn't afford health insurance so he told me that we can get government assistance, so we did in 2003 and 2005. So now that we are filing my papers and there is a question if i ever got any assistanse, Should i put YES cause i did and will it be a problem for the outcome of my case?
