Q.

Gap between OPT and my wedding

Hello,
I am on 27 months OPT extension and my OPT expires by April 2010. I am getting married to an American citizen by September 2010.

My question is about maintaining legal status from May 2010 to September 2010. We are going to have an Hindu engagement during April or May.

1)Is it possible for me to switch to Fiance(K1,K3 etc) or any other kind of visa between May and September which will help me keep my job. I am working in a private company at the moment and I don't want to leave my job after my OPT expires. (or) Do you advice me to get enrolled in a program and keep working in CPT.

It will be great if you can advise me the right solution which will help me keep my job between April and September. I have no plans of applying for H1B.
