Green Card through Spouse - Which Method is Quicker

I am currently employed on an H-1B Visa, and I have been married to a Green Card Holder for 2 years now. We also have an eight month old boy. My wife is due for her citizenship June/July 2010.

What is the quickest way for me to get my Green Card through her? I have not applied any family based paper work yet:
a) should we file my I-130 in January 2010, while she is still a Green Card holder, then apply for her citizenship in April 2010, and upgrade my application once she gets her citizenship; or
b) should we wait till she gets her citizenship in June/July 2010, then apply for my I-130/I-485 etc. concurrently

Also, considering that we will be applying through Chicago, IL, what timelines should I be expecting for both her citizenship and my green card?
