Q.

Keeping the Greencard

Hi
My father had a greencard since April 2004. He used his re-entry permit once from 2004 to 2006.
Since november 2006, he has been in the US for 15-20 days with a gap of less than 6 months. Now he is planing to come back to the US after 10 months.What are the precautions needed to maintain his status?
