I-130 Approval Name Problem
My Wife got her I-130 Approval through her sister ( Family based immigration)
When we checked the Name there is a problem with Middle Initial.
For Ex. instead of ABC DEF G. it says ABC DEF H.
Also His brother has the same problem with firstname which says ABC instead of ABCKUMAR
Does it matter at this stage? Do we need to correct this mistake by taking any action or we can correct it later on while filling for I-485?
What is the procedure if we need to correct it?
