Q.

Options/Recommendations for Continuous Stay in the U.S.

Background:
- Admitted into U.S. with H1B visa
- 6 year/I-94 expiration: Feb 2010
- Terminated from H1B job
- Another I-129 was filed by a second employer but was denied
- Husband is LPR, I-130 was approved with Priority Date = May 2007

Questions:
1) Is there any way at all for me to stay beyond Feb 2010?
2) Will I be able to Adjust Status later when priority date becomes current if I stayed beyond Feb 2010?
3) If I stayed beyond Feb 2010 and leave the U.S. to do consulate processing when priority date becomes current, will there be any problem?
4) If I leave the U.S. by Feb 2010, are there any types of visa available for me to re-enter the U.S. temporarily?

Your insights and advice would be greatly appreciated!!
