Q.

I 485 Part 2 option a or b and tax documents

My wife is a permanent resident. She filed an I130 and was approved (after marriage) 5 years ago. Now my priority date is current for November and I am filing for AOS:

Q1: In filing out I-485 Part 2, which option should I choose:
a: An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available visa number that has been approved...
OR
b: My spouse...was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status...

Q2: My wife will be providing I-864. We filed joined taxes for the last three years. Will the tax return copies still be accepted even though her income does not show exactly in the 1040 forms. Also? can we sign the 1040 copies even though they have already been e-filed?

Thank you,

Sg
