Q.

GC-Family bases US citizen spouse

I am working as a H-1B in US for last 4 years,I was on OPT & F-1 before that.I recently got married to a US citizen. And I am applying for change of status.I have following questions?

Q1: Is there a fee for form I-765 (Employement Authorization) and form I-131 (advance parole) if I file both Form I-130 and I-485 concurrently?

Q2: Do I need Affidavit of Support I-864, I have tax returns for last 4 years. Can I do it for myself or my wife has to file it. She is working for past three years too?

Q3: Do I need to file I-864A, Contract Between
Sponsor and Household Member,if yes who will do it me or my wife?

Regards
