Q.

Can H1 be extended beyond 6 yrs by employer who is not GC sponso

I work for company A. Company B filed my PERM last year and it is approved now. However I am still with company A and completing 6yrs on H1 in Feb,2010. Now company C wants to hire me. Can company C file for my H1 beyond 6yrs based on company B's PERM. Is it advisable to do so and what are the complications if any. Note that A and C are large global companies where as B is a small consulting company with 100 employees. And I have never worked for company B so far.
