Q.

Who is the right Person to start a real estate business in IL?

I have my b1/b2 for 10 years and I am on F2 dependent, Also I have H1B approved in 2008 and not yet stamped? My wife is doing her PhD in F1 from this fall and she has a SSN to pay Tax. Our intentation is to settle in US and get citizenship ASAP. We are also planning to invest in real estate with 50% shares of the company (Incorporation). My question is who is the best person to be the share holder? myself or my wife?
1. How can we benifits this bsuiness for our Green card please advice.
2. Is it my wife F2 holder or myself b1/b2,F2 or H1b is the best canidiate to be in the business.
3. We have to register the company and buy the property in two months time. My h1b stamping will be only happens in Jan2010. Is there any leagal conciquenses to start this business? Please advice
