Q.

OPT -H1B

I am on my OPT from Jan09-Jan2010.Employer A has filed my H1 on April 09 and was approved with COS and to be active by Oct1.
Now I dont have a project and Employer A says he will terminate my H1 anytime between Sep15-Sep30!
Q1: Will i get back to my old F1/OPT status if he cancels the petition before Oct 1?
Q2: .Can I start my job on OPT with another Employer B after Oct1?
