OPT expired, H1B denied!
Hi,
a) My OPT expires August 31, 2009. On August 18, 2009 the denial notice for H1B was sent. Can I use the 60-days grace period and transfer to new school, get my new I-20 and still maintain my legal status?
b) My employer filed an appeal to the H1B denial.
What are the chances of getting approved,and will i be still in a legal status while I m waiting on the final decision for my H1B?
