Q.

Dont know my status

last day on H1B June 26th 2009.
Filed COS from H1B to B2 on June 26th 2009.
Left the United States on July 30th 2009 to get F1 visa by consular processing in India. Filed withdraw of COS petition on July 25th 2009 before departing the United States. Got F1 visa stamped on 17th August 2009. Entered US on 23rd Aug on F1 visa. Previously filed COS from H1B to B2 approved on 25th Aug. What is my current status F1 our B2? Currently attending University and want to be on F1 visa. Please advice whether I need a new F1 visa and my current status.
