I filed for H1 transfer and got an RFE. My wife is on H4 and our I94 expires on 8/27. By the time we reply and get answer on RFE, we will pass 8/27 deadline. We can't be sure if RFE response will be accepted or not.I can work on EAD if H1 is denied but my wife doesn't have it.

1. For my wife, can I apply for C.O.S. with F1 visa before 8/27 ? If so, will either case(H4 RFE reply or F1) be cancelled due to other pending case ?

2. I plan to switch from H1 to EAD as soon as I file for C.O.S for wife. Will that cause any problem in approval of my wife's F1 ? Can they issue an RFE later asking for my status while processing C.O.S. of wife

3. If I find a new employer before Aug 27, will I have to file H1 transfer or new H1. Will this new H1 cause any problem to the other H1 RFE app ?
