After H1 Denial
Hello, My H1B application filed in April 2009 was denied recently. My employer (IT consulting firm)conveyed the reason for denial as "Not working on a project".He sent me a copy of the denial notice and it absolutely made no sense to me.I would like to show it to some one and understand what it means cause there is absolutely no mention of the words 'denial','lack of project' in it.Is there any address I can send it to get it verified.(I believe my employer is not giving me the entire denial document received from USCIS).Secondly I plan to leave him and want to know if I have to take any kind of labor certificate or other documents (besides my H1 application docs) from him which I might require if I apply for H1B next year.Lastly does this denial affect my H1B application next year
