Q.

COS from H1B to F1

I came to US on F1 visa. After completing masters, I worked for company A on OPT and the same company did my H1B and worked for them till first week of february.
Company B applied for H1B transfer in the first week of February but received a query during the last week of march for which company B doesn't want to answer and he withdrawn the H1B transfer petition. On the same day, I have applied I-539 to change from H1B to F1.During the last week of May, received a RFE asking for recent paystubs, new sevis fee, financial documents. I did replied to RFE with all the required documents as mentioned in RFE.I got a email from USCIS saying that Denial notice is sent. I don't know the reason behind this denial until I get my hardcopy. Please let me know the options I have to stay legally in US.
