Q.

H4-F2 transfer -RFE

My wife received a RFE for her H4-F2 transfer.She has been asked to send a Affidavit of Support and proof of her residence abroad after completion of her change of status.

1)For her Affidavit , Do I need to fill I-134 or I-864 and what additional documents I need to add along with it?

2) What document do I need to have for her proof of residence abroad?
