RFC for H1b in 2008 Can I applied for new H1b
Hi,
I did masters from usa and applied for H1b from a comapny, I got RFC(requesting client client and Labor clearence certificate), My company did not responsed.
I changed my employeer and I didn't applied for H1b this year, I am on OPT_extension, I was on bench for 2 months when my OPT intially started from then I am employed I have pay stubs for each and every month from 2008.
can I apply for new H1b in 2010 from another employeer will this RFC be any problem for me
