Q.

F2 visa

Hi there , I have F 1 visa and I am married to two wives ( it is legal in Saudi Arabia ) can I apply for F2 visa for my second wife ? or it is only for the first wife, although only my second wife is the one coming with me to the US.


at the embassy during the interview the person interviewed us said only first wife qualify for the F2 visa because we don't recognize the second wife as legal wife even if it is legal in the country we are in .
