Q.

quastion about stamping and How can I change status H1b to F1

I cameU.S.A Dec2006 as a F1 status on schiller university.I done MBA and applied H1B on April-2008. I got H1B approved on June-2008. Right now I am on H1b But I want to change my status H1B to F1. I want to further study in same University which I have already visa stamp. I want to Start study at Schiller University in next spring semester Jan-2010.My F1 visa is valid upto Dec -2011.

Questions,
(1)Suppose USCSI change my status H1b to F1. If I have I 20 spring 2010 which will start in january. can I go to my homecountry right now and can I come back before start semester.

(2)Do I need F1 restamping at consulate office at my home country?
(3)please tell me complete process of my change of status . who can do it myself or my employee only?
