Q.

OPT-Visitor-F1

I am now on OPT.I will quit by June 09 and go back home in Hong Kong.I plan to begin my master in January 2010.
Initially I plan to re-enter US by September 09 as a visitor, which I can apply for schools and also write the certified public accountant exams.

1) What are the chances that I might be denied entry in September?I believe I will have difficulties to prove ties to my home country since I have been in US for a few years.I won't be having a job in Hong Kong, and I will be living with my parents.

2) Should I tell the immigration officer at the port of entry that I may go back to school to obtain the "prospective student" notion on my I-94?(even though I won't be be filing COS in US since I plan to go home again in December before school starts).

I have Canadian citizenship.
