F-1 Work authorization and Eligibilty of post completion OPT
Hi
I am on F-1 visa
I have a couple of questions
1)If i work for 11 months of Full time CPT and then work for 7 months of Part time CPT.Will i be eligible for Post completion OPT?
2)If i have part time work authorization(i.e., to work 20 hrs a week) and then work 40 hrs a week (as a full time employee)and get paid for 40 hours.What are the consequences?
